Exchange policy
• All products dispatched out are checked through thoroughly by our team, to ensure quality is delivered and to better avoid the hassle of returns.
• Should the product arrived faulty or damaged, please inform us by sending an email to [email protected].
• Exchanges will only be done if only the information is send to us within 10 days (24 days for international).
• No refunds, only exchanges are applicable.
• If more than 10 days (24 days for international) have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 76 Haji Lane Singapore SG 189269.
Pre-Order
Base on our experiences in our primitive online store, popular items were being sold out quickly and customers had to seek our assistance through emailing which made it very inconvenient. To improve our efficiency, we now introduce our pre-order system. This means the product can be purchased on back order. Pre-order buffer is set at 20 days unless stated on particular item. If you're still not sure how it works, feel free to drop us a note at [email protected]!
Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Mondays Off, 76 Haji Lane Singapore SG 189269 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
